SimulatedSimulatedRealRealDynamic Assay Simulation Model

The Dynamic Assay Simulation Model is used internally to model and develop algorithms to compensate for assay anomalies and flow variations.   For Alverix Partners, the Dynamic Assay Simulation Model can quantify and optimize a variety of assay design parameters, reducing guesswork and trial and error for the developer.

Design parameters which are modeled within the Dynamic Assay Simulation Model include sample volume variations, conjugate concentrations, capture ligand quantity, binding efficiencies, and capture line positioning. The modeled results can provide both visual and measured responses that show effects on flow rate, assay development speed, non-specific binding rates, and capture window positioning effects. Modeling these effects and more will speed development of an assay and provide a means to easily optimize the assay design for visual or instrumented detection.
